It's good to know that talent or a lack thereof always shines through and Ashlee Simpson's debacle of a summer tour is another reminder of this fact.
The lack of demand for Simpson's vocal stylings had been so low that promoters had been slashing prices faster than a hooker on Columbus Day.
During her recent stop in Portsmouth, VA, Simpson played to fewer than 700 people in a venue that hold 6,500.
I'm no math major, but I do know that 700 ticket-buying fans does not constitute a major summer tour and Joe Simpson is probably in his underground lair at this very moment hatching a plot to boost her career and possibly find a loophole that would allow him to marry Jessica. 
With any luck he will be foiled in both pursuits, however, at least Ashlee has her new cosmetic looks to keep her spirits high as she wails to a sell-out crowd of few hundred poor and desperate souls.

So... I picked up a "People" in the dentist's office today, and they had a little blurb about the Simpson family complimenting each other... Ashlee and Jess both had nice things to say about the other's "sick" body, and Papa Joe just had to bring up Jessica's boobs. "She's got double-Ds! You can't cover those puppies up!" or similar.
I don't know for sure, but I'd bet my left tit my own father would never comment publicly on my breasts (which are normal, but whatever). Dads can say they're daughters are beautiful, etc, because that's what dads do. Dads become creepy when they start talking about their daughter's breasts as objects of lust.
so when did blowing a bubble out of your nose become new publicity?

That whole family is creepy. Ashlee definitely can't sing and plus her acting on 7th Heaven was equally as bad. I think papa Joe may need to invest in some breasts for Ashlee to boost her career.
I seem to remember a while back that according to jessica, ashlee has very nice breasts that she insists on covering up. that family cant get enough of the booby conversations. full of praise.
Friday - If that's the consolation prize I'd rather leave empty-handed.
Miss Ash - I wouldn't put it past Joe, but they were practically giving away those tickets anyway.

If you didn't know that Joe was prone to that type of behavior and those type of comments than it's good that you now aware because he is pure slime.
