Low Pressure Swimwear . . .

Posted by 2 Dollar Productions Tuesday, June 05, 2007

I know from having female clients for many years that trying on bathing suits can be a demanding experience. But the more I see Hollywood's choices in the swimwear, the less I would fret about the decision as there's no harm in letting it all hang out.

Sharon Stone was lounging around in Cannes recently in this little number:

I guess when you're in Cannes it's just fine to show off your own can, and Stone had
no qualms about doing so.

Britney Spears followed suit in Puerta Vallarta as she wore a tiny two-piece that was difficult to decipher the color/pattern/etc. because her ass ate most of it (if you know the movie I stole that line from, then I'm impressed).

These things do happen as I know I'm usually starving after swimming in the sun for hours.

But there are good choices as well, which Pamela Anderson recently displayed in her new role in some kind of Las Vegas magic show act:

If I was in the audience, Anderson would hope that part of the act was making her disappear lest I chase her off the stage in that silver suit.

I see this trend as a good sign that swimsuit choices shouldn't inspire such intense feelings because at the end of day, if you're in one it probably means you're by a pool or ocean and things could be a hell of a lot worse.

Now I'm going to go and figure out how cheaply I can get to Vegas.

  7. cheap way to Vegas, get yerself a sugar daddy. But its not for everybody.

  8. Nobich - In general, she still looks pretty good, but how about a wrap or something?

WhatIgot - In general, I'll take things for free with absolutely no remorse, but in this case, I think I would pay my own way. Sometimes "free" comes with a high price.

  10. There are wraps that can be bought... I'm sure Sharon could afford a few.

  12. give older woman (those over 40 since most men think that is old) a break. like the sugar daddy advice. you already drive the right car to attract them.

  13. Anonymous Boxer - Exactly. A tasteful wrap can still look pretty damn good.

Vivavavoom - I'm willing to give a lot of breaks. Besides, Anderson is either 39 or 40, Sheryl Crow is 40+ and still looks great, and Christie Brinkly is past 50 and looking good, so anything is possible. And I think that experience counts for something as well.

  16. They seem to have re-appeared now - I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not.

  18. experience with what? thong dental floss? just kidding. so what do you recommend with your experience to help the aged cottage cheese look?

  19. personally, after bearing two children i hope hollywood makes cellulite the in thing.

  20. Vivavavoom - Ha. As for the cellulite, it's a hard one and no easy answer as the best way to deal with it is lowering body fat through diet/exercise which will help, but it's damn near impossible to make it vanish through natural or surgical means.

Cats - It's a common enough thing in Hollywood and everywhere else, so I think the groundwork has been laid.

  21. Supposedly Brittany had plastic surgery to help reshape part of her body. If that is the case she may want to ask for some money back as her back side (no pun intended) could use some work.

  22. I read something about that too, and it doesn't appear to have been entirely successful.

  24. yeah...I heard she did the lipo after her 2nd child and csection, Maybe that is why so many celebs are going the planned csection route. how sad. after having my 2 children, it is a lot of work to get the bod back....but if you work at it, it lasts longer.

  25. It does last longer & costs less, but then again, if you've got all the time in the world (and the money) you should be in good shape as you've got a team of people trying to get you there when you live in Hollywood.
