Tagged Randomly . . .

Posted by 2 Dollar Productions Wednesday, June 27, 2007

I have been tagged, gagged and ordered to list 7 random things about myself. At least the first item from that sentence is true, so here goes:

1) Since graduating college, I have worked as a journalist, personal trainer, fitness model, movie critic, studio manager and for a technology company.

2) My left foot is a 1/2 size bigger than my right one.

3) I used to hate v-neck shirts, and now I don't and own several of them.

4) My favorite actor from 9th - 12th grades was Mickey Rourke, and I still think he's a cool bastard despite his poor choices in plastic surgery.

5) I loathe tomatoes, but love Ketchup.

6) I once received a citation for public urination. They never showed me any evidence, however, to prove the charge to my satisfaction.

7) I don't often wear underwear, but when I do it's usually something pretty exotic.

  1. That's actually a movie reference & I wanted to see if anyone got it. I'll wait to reveal the answer.

  2. BostonPobble Says:
  3. Dude....that's Mickey???? What the hell happened to him????

    *sigh*

  4. Is it the Wonderbread that makes it exotic?

  5. Jenny Says:
  6. Very random!

Mickey - he used to be on my HOT LIST, too. I still like him because he likes Chihuahaus. It takes a real man to love a Chihuahua.

Movie reference please, and may I add... "whew."

  7. JLee Says:
  8. Interesting list. My right foot is bigger than my left! lol

    "Stripes" ;)

  9. So, do you have a shopping buddy for your shoes or do you go around in shoes that don't fit so well?

  10. Bostonpobble - Lots of bad plastic surgery. It's too damn bad as it was all elective.

Wendy - Sometimes. Ha. Sometimes it's the color and range of styles.

Anonymous Boxer - Good. Random is what I was shooting for, and Rourke does love his Chihuahuas. The movie line was said by Bill Murray in Stripes.

Jlee - Very wise call & I'm impressed. Love that line. Ha.

Sarcastic - That would make sense, but usually this doesn't present too big of a problem as I buy both my shoes in a size 11. Athletic shoes - no problem. Dress shoes - sometimes a problem.

  12. mickey rourke is very disturbing looking. and to think I thought he was sexy in 9 1/2 weeks...ugh. usually whatever dominant hand you have, the foot will be a little bigger too.....have no idea why??!!

  13. Miss Ash Says:
  14. Baaa you must not be good at the public urination thing. I've done it a million times...but have never received a citation. And I have to squat....not sure I should be proud of this.

  15. nobich Says:
  16. Does Mickey Rourke act anymore? I loved him in The Pope of Greenwich Village with Eric Roberts. Now that's worth renting

  17. Vivavavoom - I own 9 1/2 Weeks on DVD, and that was a long time ago and many more surgeries have passed since then. That's interesting about the hand/foot thing, but I'm flipped as I'm right-handed with a smaller right foot.

Miss Ash - That was just a really unlucky night as it hasn't been the only time, and the cop had no sense of humor. But I think you should be proud - we should all promote our talents.

Nobich - He's still around, and "The Pope of Greenwich Village" is an excellent movie that I haven't seen in years. Great film.

  18. JLee Says:
  19. That was a good flick. Too bad Eric Roberts went down the shithole after that...

  20. SymplyAmused Says:
  21. Very good!! No comment on # 7 though : )

  22. Hermes Says:
  23. Damn! I wasn't fast enough! I loved Stripes. Oh well. Gottag go clean my urban assault vehicle.

  24. Jlee - I know. I almost mentioned that even Eric Roberts was good in that one. Bizarre.

Symplyamused - Glad you got to see the end result. And you asked for random, so . . .

Getoffmylawn - Stripes is a classic film in the Murrary catalogue, and it always makes me laugh. Assault vehicles indeed.

  25. locomocos Says:
  26. eric roberts has always been my #1 least favorite actors - followed of course, by Keanu.

  27. Linda Says:
  28. Heard the line from Stripes on the radio yesterday, what the?!?! Haven't thought of that movie in years.... till yesterday AND today. If somebody brings it up tomorrow.....

  29. Locomocos - I don't care for Roberts either as he just seems like a dirty bastard, which works well for some roles I suppose.

Linda - If somebody brings it up today then something strange is definitely afoot. I promise I didn't hear it on the radio, but that is a strange coincidence.
